Here's the current listing for our property: This house was designed to showcase Ensenada Harbor and take advantage of the cooling trade winds. The house is two story and has two separate independent villas: The first floor villa, Culebrita, has two bedrooms, bath, kitchen, livingroom and a 600 sq ft deck that faces the harbor. Villa Culebrita rents for $950 a week with a maximum occupancy of five persons, and offers a couple rate of $800 per week. The top villa, Culebra, contains three bedrooms, two baths, kitchen, livingroom and a 600 sq ft deck facing the harbor and a smaller rear deck.
